Description (Service)

Dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia and their care partners.
Services include:

Individual ongoing support, education, information, and resources for caregivers, families, and people living with dementia
Information about dementia symptoms and coping strategies
Support groups for caregivers and people living with early stage dementia
Wellness and recreation programs for caregivers and people living with dementia
Educational workshops, public speakers, community presentations
Information about advance care planning
Assistance with navigating the health care system
Information and referral to other health care and community service agencies
