Description (Service) Member of Federal Parliament and member of the Conservative Caucus
  • office assists constituents with issues and problems related to federal programs, departments and services, Indigenous affairs, tax inquiries
  • Forms include: CPP forms, citizenship forms, Employment Insurance, passport applications.
  • No postage is required when mailing a letter to any Member of Parliament as long as it is a regular sized envelope, mark MP clearly on the envelope
Congratulatory messages for anniversaries and birthdays (starting from the milestones below and at intervals of five years thereafter) can be sent from:
  • MP or the Prime Minister (65th birthday, 25th anniversary)
  • the Governor General (90th birthday, 50th anniversary)
  • the Queen (100th birthday, 60th anniversary)
  • Allow minimum of eight weeks for messages and allow 6 months for messages from Queen

Hours Peterborough Office Mon-Fri 9:30 am-4:30 pm
Constituency services may be available once a month on a rotating basis. Contact for information.
