Supports adults living with a dual diagnosis (developmental disability and mental health issue(s)) through a supported independent living program.
Provides assessment via the Ontario Common Assessment of Need (OCAN).
Offers client-centered support services that promote stabilization and independent living as mandated by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.
Individual progress is a result of collaboration with psychiatrists, family members, community partners, psychoeducational opportunities, crisis intervention, and addiction supports.

Must have a confirmed diagnosis of developmental disability and also live with a mental health issue.
All intakes are completed through Developmental Services Ontario.
