Designated Capacity Assessor for the Ministry of the Attorney General. Performing capacity assessments for any client without a power of attorney who requires assistance to manage decisions related to property, finances or personal care.

  • Offers assistance with completing clinical assessments and letters of opinion regarding matters of consent to treatment, capacity to grant or revoke a power of attorney and capacity to write a will.
  • Consultation, advocacy and support for the prevention of Financial Abuse of the elderly or disabled.
  • Member of the Haliburton Kawartha Lakes Elder Abuse Prevention Network and the Haliburton Service Provider Network
