Membership recreational facility offers facilities and programs to help build strong kids, strong families and strong communities.

Services include:

Programs include:

swimming lessons
water sports
fitness classes for adults and older adults
fitness for breath program - designed for clients living with chronic lung diseases
such as COPD, pulmonary fibrosis or chronic asthma.
judo classes
