Provides services that support health and wellbeing for seniors, adults with physical challenges and caregivers. Programs and services include:

Brokered Home Help and Maintenance
Friendly Visiting
Telephone Reassurance Checks
Exercise and Falls Prevention Classes - in-person and virtual options
Dining & Recreation Events
Home at Last - Support with discharge from hospital
Medical Equipment Program - accepts equipment donations

Hours	Mon-Fri 9 am-1 pm Blood Pressure Clinic: 2nd and 4th Thu of the month, 10 am-12 noon, no appointment required.

Eligibility	60 years and older18 years and older with disabilities
Application	Self Referral or by family member. Registration required for services
Languages	English; Other - other languages may be available with assistance from volunteers
Fees	Fees dependent on service. Some services are free, many services have a nominal fee ; No cost to register as a client
