Provides services that support health and wellbeing for seniors, adults with physical challenges and caregivers. Programs and services include:

Hours	Office: Mon-Fri 9 am-1 pm 549 Ennis Rd Thrift Shop: Mon-Fri 9 am-1 pm 826 Ward St Thrift Shop (Treasure Trove): Wed-Sat 11 am-2 pm Blood Pressure Clinic: Every other Wed 10:30 am-12:30 pm, Apr-Jun and Sep-Dec, no appointment required, but contact the office to confirm schedule.
