Description (Service)

Provides door to door transportation services by appointment to people with disabilities

Buses can accommodate wheelchairs and scooters that don't exceed 36" (90 cm) x 48" (120 cm). Our Accessible Van Service lifts can accommodate a maximum combined weight of 700 pounds (317 kg).
The service is provided door to door and all trips are made by making a reservation.
Trips can be reserved up to two weeks in advance
Same day trip requests can be accommodated if space is available

Eligibility	People with disabilities living within the city of Peterborough who are not able take regular buses due to mobility impairments
Application	All riders must be registered with the service Application forms are available online or at Simcoe Street Bus Terminal and need to be endorsed by a medical practitioner For support persons, riders must apply for a support person pass Support person pass belongs to the rider and can be applied to one support person per trip To cancel a booking, phone 705-745-5801 and give your name, address and trip date
