Free, confidential access to registered nurses trained to help people decide about appropriate options for care * provides health advice or general health information on topics including:- breastfeeding
- medications and drug interactions
- depression, suicide and other mental health concerns
- teen health and issues
- food and healthy living
- illnesses and injuries that need medical care or are consistent
Does not provide a diagnosis or provide medication nor does it replace the need for regular medical check-ups
Specialized support for dementia caregivers: Nurses will connect family caregivers of people with dementia to support, advice, and referral, particularly when other services are closed
Dietitian Services: Call to speak with a dietitian for advice and information on nutrition and healthy eating |
